We use information submitted through ZBFS forms and partner portals for enquiry handling, application assistance, case processing, communication and partner administration.
Depending on the service, information may include contact details, KYC information, income/business information, property information and documents voluntarily submitted by the applicant or DSA partner.
Information is used only for relevant business, processing, verification, communication and compliance purposes. Access should be limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Sensitive KYC and financial documents should be submitted through the authenticated portal rather than a public form or ordinary email.
